New Horizons was founded in 2013 and is run by Debbie and Anthony as Directors along with Vicky as our Registered Manager. The team has extensive experience having worked in the sector for several years in a variety of settings.

Anthony has worked for 15 years in the Health and Social Care sector in a variety of settings, including Residential Care, Day Services and the Voluntary Third Sector where he has gained first-hand experience of the issues service users and their parents/carers face.

Debbie has worked in the Health & Social Care sector since leaving school and during the last 22 years has gained experience in various roles supporting both children and adults with complex needs.

During this time has obtained various qualifications that support her in her role and currently provides Maybo training in Positive Approaches to Behaviour, Disengagement and Physical Intervention skills to our staff team.

Vicky has worked in the Health & Social Care Sector for the last 15 years and has been the Registered Service Manager at New Horizons since 2018 having previously been a Senior Support worker with the organisation.

Vicky currently delivers our Safeguarding Training to the staff team and is also a Mental Health First Aider.

Our aim is to ensure people have a real choice of services, offering unique solutions to each individual’s requirements.

New Horizons Support Services offers a range of support packages for individuals and families who require social care. These services include community support, Life skills training packages 24/7 support packages.

We aim to provide tailor made services that people can buy into to improve their quality of life.
